Tata Housing flats: CEMENT YOU CAN CRUSH WITH FINGERS at Shubh Griha Vasind Sector E

There are massive quality issues with the cement-concrete used at Tata Housing's project at Sector E, Shubh Griha, Vasind, off Mumbai-Nashik Highway. Even a casual inspection of the flats at Shubh Griha Sector E reveal the poor quality of cement-concrete used in construction. These videos were filmed on Sunday, 15th September, 2019. It is apparent that these flats by Tata Housing are a clear threat to the security, safety, the physical and financial well-being of the flat-buying public in general and the residents in particular. The brand messaging of Tata Value Homes, Tata Housing and Shubh Griha are clearly not upheld by the ground realities at Sector E, Shubh Griha, Vasind.

In response thereto, we wish to clarify as follows: - The flats and units in the buildings constructed in the Phase I of the Project have been sold to various purchasers. The purchasers have taken possession of their flats/units from July 2014 onwards and have been in peaceful possession of the same. Snags, if any, pointed out by the Flat Purchasers at the time of possession had been rectified by us as per the terms of the agreement and applicable laws. Post possession the Customers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their flats. The Co-operative housing societies have been formed from 2016 onwards and the affairs of the Project have been handed over to the duly elected representatives of the respective Societies. All the Societies are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Project. We are already in touch with the Customers and the Society. As a goodwill gesture, we are proactively working with them and addressing their concerns. The concerned customers can directly write to us on the ID tatacare@tatahousing.com, quoting their customer ID and apartment no. Our representative would get in touch with them to take the matter forward. We really appreciate your time and efforts. Warm regards, For Tata Value Homes Limited Sean Lawrence AGM – Estate Management -------------------------------------------------------------- Music credit: https://www.bensound.com
