Poor quality of Tata Value Homes at Sector E, Shubh Griha, Vasind
This video shows the quality issues of Tata Housing, Sector E, Shubh Griha, Vasind, near on Mumbai-Nashik Highway. It shows various quality issues in this Tata Housing project, which is either immediately evident upon inspection or are widely known to the residents and office-bearers of the cooperative housing society, or both. The content for these videos were filmed during my visit to the project on Sunday, 15th September. As the quality issues are relevant to the security, safety, the physical and financial well-being of the flat-buying public in general and the residents of this project in particular, it is in wider public interest to publish these videos as information to flat-buyers. Please note that the videos are in no way defamatory, as the facts portrayed by the videos are quite self-evident. The videos are merely showing that on the face of it, the brand messaging of Tata Housing and Shubh Griha are not upheld by the ground realities at Sector E, Shubh Griha, Vasind. ...
