Acing the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test, as Donald Trump boasts that he did, is not really much of an achievement in the adult world. It is a test that an average fifth grade child can comfortably pass. Citing the results of this test as a way for an adult to prove his superiority is infantile! 

This Cognitive Assessment Test requires the test-taker to perform simple tasks such as identifying animals and drawing a clock, proving that he is not suffering from cognitive dysfunction. Moreover, this test is believed to be not entirely conclusive or reliable as a test of mental fitness; it is designed as a rapid screening test. In about ten minutes, this test gives the test-taker a general sort of clean bill of mental health.

For the President of the United States of America to claim that it proves his superior eligibility for the job is hilarious, and the whole world has been ridiculing Trump for this self-indulgent boast -- rightly so!
