This viral video was shot by Krishnaraj Rao at one of the flats belonging to Shilpi Thard and Amit Jaisingh, at Dioro tower of Lodha New Cuffe Parade, Wadala, Mumbai. Even external walls adjoining main doors of many flats in Lodha NCP are made of gypsum board. This makes the flat vulnerable to thieves, who can easily use the sewage duct near the main door to break into the house. Most of the internal walls of Lodha NCP are made of gypsum board.
