Mumbai's Consumer Court ORDERED Lodha Group to REFUND the token amount for two flats

 There is some respite for those whose developers have failed to refund booking amounts despite a cancellation. A recent judgement by the District Forum in Mumbai pulled up the Lodha Group, along with its chairman and MD, for giving false assurances to one of its customers and illegally forfeiting the booking amount.   1. That's bad. People should learn from this! If you buy residential land in Lucknow or buy plots in Lucknow, Dirilis Homes don't do that with anyone.
