The agreement makes it amply clear that the builder intends to occupy, exploit, and construct on the entire "Larger Project Area", but the flat-buyer will be left footing the maintenance bill for the entire area, paying the contractors and suppliers without any control on his purse strings, and mutely obeying all the rules and regulations imposed on him without any need for consultation.
