Is it wise to sign Wadhwa Wise City agreement?

 The registered agreement format of Wadhwa Wise City, Panvel, is visibly opposed to the rights and protections given by RERA Act to the flat-buyer. The clauses of the agreement try to take away the protection and inalienable rights of flat-buyers, which are assured by Section 12 and 14 of the Real Estate Regulatory Act.

Here's something the media never reports: "Anaadi courts" are the instrumentality by which the State deprives tens of thousands of Indian citizens of their Fundamental Right to Life & Liberty. Without due process.
