NRI says Overall Quality is lacking in Lodha New Cuffe Parade

 What is the image that Lodha is projecting to people living abroad? NRIs, PIOs, expats and Indians living and working abroad will carry a very poor impression of Indian real estate industry, based on Lodha NCP. The conduct of builders towards even their wealthy customers is unbecoming, and the build quality of the flats is visibly shoddy.

Edrea D'Costa and her husband Sunil D'Souza have had a bad experience with Lodha builders. Having paid their entire consideration amount of Rs 2.8 cr, they are still not allowed to enter their own flat and measure it. Until recently, they were not even allowed to enter the compound; they were stopped at the gate, and allowed to go to the clubhouse if they wished, but not to their own building, and certainly not to the front door of their own flat where the nameplate of Sunil D'Souza is prominently seen! The local police station (Wadala Truck Terminal) does not entertain complaints from Lodha flat-buyers against the builder. Here's something the media never reports: "Anaadi courts" are the instrumentality by which the State deprives tens of thousands of Indian citizens of their Fundamental Right to Life & Liberty. Without due process.
